MEMBERS

Research groups, connected with UGent/UZGent can be incorporated in GATE, provided that their research is linked to tissue engineering through one or more domains of expertise (modelling, biomaterials, (stam) cells, processing techniques, ethics and clinics).

On the basis of the core business of the different research groups, a network will be formed in flexible shells around the steering group.  Following shells are defined as

  • shell 1 : tissue engineering related research as core business

  • shell 2 : supporting partners and users

  • shell 3 : industrial partners
